This is a Summer internship. Start Date: June 3rd - End Date: August 2nd.

We are currently in search of a Design Intern to join our creative agency. This person will work alongside our creative team of Art Directors and Copywriters to contribute to the design and visual development for integrated campaigns across clients. The ideal candidate has an eagerness to learn, a keen eye for detail, and success working independently as well as collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in design development through image research, concept ideation, and sketching
• Developing graphic materials for workshops and presentations
• Supporting the design team with visual inspirations
• Assisting in crafting mock-ups and image-driven concepts
• Building, designing and owning presentation decks
• Building out additional resizes of an existing asset
• Assisting with internal creative team projects

Qualifications

• Portfolio showcasing strong art direction, design or visual skills
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
• Intermediate knowledge of editing and animation in After Effects
• Excellent understanding of typography and color
• Positive demeanor, and ability to work collaboratively with other employees across the organization
• Stellar communications skills, both in-person and in writing

We are seeking a Design Intern to join our team at Forsman & Bodenfors in New York. The salary budget is up to $18/hour.

We work hybrid and spend three days per week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). We work from home on Mondays and Fridays. Candidates should be within commutable distance of our NYC office at 1 World Trade Center.
