WHO WE RE LOOKING FOR

A rare career opportunity has just been created for a self starting, passionate, bright, hungry, and career-oriented Design Associate to support our industry-leading leading and award-winning design team. You will work closely with designers and clients to understand their needs and collaborate to create visual solutions for design event concepts that align with their objectives.

You re resourceful and an expert problem solver. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.

You should have a strong eye for design and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing ideas to

design projects

Ability to support design team in proposal development and

presentations

Creating sketches, renderings, or other visual representations of design

concepts

Communicating with vendors and suppliers to select and source design

elements

Gather detailed information and quotes for preparation of accurate

design proposals

Assist design team with various design and administrative tasks from

initial planning through to project completion

Assisting with project management tasks such as tracking budgets and

project timelines

Developing detailed design specifications and materials lists

Conducting research on design trends and best practices

Ability to adapt to changing project requirements, design trends, and to

refine designs

Communicating with clients or stakeholders

Strong organizational skills and obsession with detail

Possible travel may be required for certain design projects to coordinate

and assist with execution or conduct site inspections

High level of discretion and confidentiality

Proficiency with Google Workplace & tools

SKILLS THAT WILL GET YOU ON THE TOP OF OUR LIST

A strong design portfolio and sense of style

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite

Experience with AutoCAD plans, including but not limited to, floor

plans, furniture plans, elevations, sections and reflected ceiling plans

Experience with project management software

Immediate hire

Salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience
