As our Delivery Program Manager, you will lead the charge in setting up and defining the processes and strategy behind Blank Streets current and future off premise business. You will thrive in a fast paced, high growth environment and have a thirst for startup life. You will embody and champion a high-performance culture across your business and your teams and love life in the fast lane. You and your team are constantly striving for product perfection across every cup of coffee and interaction you have. You are a pro at multi-tasking and are extremely well organized, self-motivated, and master flawless execution in everything that you do.

**What you'll own**

* The development and execution of the companies digital commerce and off-premise business vertical

* Own the relationship, strategies and initiatives with all onboarded and future DSPs

* All promotions which drive top line or customer acquisition

* All marketing approved initiatives within our Blank Street app

* Strategic growth across new markets

* All playbooks and process within your vertical

* Packaging innovation for

* Delivering weekly reports to key stake-holders for insights and evaluation

**Who you are**

* 5+ years of experience in hospitality

* 5+ years of experience leading multiple large teams in a fast-paced environment

* Proficient in finance, P&L oversight, and budgeting

* Track record of hiring senior roles and retaining top talent

* Customer obsessed
