****POSITION SUMMARY****

Our Delivery Professionals are theface of our company and the key representative to our customers. This is a Full Time Delivery Professional position for our Albany, NY location. Our Delivery Professionals can expect to work a Monday - Friday shift with possible weekend availability needed.

**MATTHEWS INTERNATIONAL IS NOW OFFERING $2,000 BONUS FOR ALL NEW DRIVERS. ($1,000 after 90 days, $1,000 after 180 days).**

****The Delivery Driver Professional job will include:****

Delivering new caskets to customers in a company provided van or box truck.

Responsible for delivery and warehouse duties as needed.

Provide customer service with a smile to our customers.

Assisting on the embroidery and engraving machine (computer knowledge).

Assisting in warehouse with casket preparation using engraving machine.

Additional duties.

****QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS****

Previous driver experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to work a few days in week and assisting on weekends as needed.

Must have current drivers license.

Ability to pass a DOT Physical and MVR Check.

Computer experience strongly preferred.

****PHYSICAL ASPECTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT****

Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk, hear and see.

Regularly lift and/or move up to 50+ pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
