**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
? Complete training and follow steps of service according to company standards.
? Delivers goods to guests and clients via bicycle or similar company approved mode of
transportation.
? Interacts with the customer in a professional manner.
? Observes all traffic laws and posted speed limits.
? Maintains a neat, clean personal appearance.
? Maintains cleanliness and sanitation at all times; performs opening and closing clean-up
duties.
? Resolves guest and client problems/complaints; utilizes own best judgement in resolving
issues or refers to management as needed.
? Occasionally assist with restaurant operations.
? Adheres to all COVID safety company policies.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
? Familiarity with delivery practices and handling methods.
? Ability to work with minimal supervision.
? Excellent customer service skills
? Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
? Professional appearance and demeanor
? Commitment to excellence and high standards
? Ability to manage priorities and workflow
? Acute attention to detail
? Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
