Jackson Lewis is seeking a talented Database/Systems Analyst to join our Data Services team to assist in the administration of internal relational databases and help support our internal applications. This role will serve as a backup to technical leads and will be trained on various enterprise systems and how to maintain them.

Essential Functions

  • Perform administration and maintenance on Microsoft SQL Server and Azure SQL databases.
  • Support business-critical financial systems, Intapp and Aderant, understanding how they work and helping to manage the underlying databases and configurations.
  • Facilitate connectivity between database applications using ODBC connectors, REST APIs, connection strings, etc.
  • Create SQL queries to assist business users and IT colleagues in connecting to data and building reports.

Qualifications/SkillsRequired

  • 1-2 years' experience with Microsoft SQL Server and/or Azure SQL.
  • In-depth knowledge of SQL.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Javascript a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Quick learner both in terms of new technical skills and acquiring domain knowledge.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

For New York, the expected salary range for this position is $70,000 to $104,900. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
