Data Systems Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendors and our IT Department to ensure the smooth operation of network infrastructure, workstations, and related software.
• Install, modify, and troubleshoot computer and printer hardware/software to maintain optimal functionality.
• Assist in addressing day-to-day help desk inquiries from employees, providing timely resolutions and technical guidance.
• Troubleshoot internal computing platforms to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Conduct training sessions for employees on systems and software supported by the company.
• Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources including databases, spreadsheets, and APIs.
• Utilize statistical methods and software tools to analyze data sets, identify trends, and extract actionable insights.
• Create clear and compelling data visualizations such as charts, graphs, and dashboards to effectively communicate findings and trends.
• Prepare and present reports summarizing key findings, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Oversee system upgrades and research new tools to enhance data analytics capabilities and IT infrastructure.

Required Education

• Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.

Required Skills:

• A solid understanding of Windows Operating Systems and computing environments
• Experience with Remote Systems Administration
• Proficient in Excel and Power Bi
• Knowledge of databases, system security and troubleshooting
• Epicor Eclipse ERP experience a +
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Strong analytical mindset
