Data Science Leader who will lead data science efforts for the organization. You will stand up a new team and be responsible for both the strategy and implementation of advanced analytical models. You will develop and implement best practices for data analysis and modeling.

Lead and build machine learning models through all phases of development from design, testing, data gathering, training, evaluation, validation, governance, and implementation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7+ years of Data Science and 2+ years leading a team
• Strong hands-on experience in machine learning/ML, relational databases, and open source technology
• Well versed in programming languages (Python, R) for large scale data analysis.
• Experience developing models from research, to a proof of concept, to a production pipeline
• Deep understanding in cloud environments, preferably Amazon Web Services/AWS
• MS Degree preferred
