- High School Diploma or equivalent
Work Experience:
- At least one year of relevant experience
Job Duties:
- Read document content to visually-impaired staff person
- File documents accurately and efficiently
- Convert documents to different formats such as Adobe or Word
- Utilize an online case management system for data entry and retrieval
- Answer participant phone calls and provide assistance as needed
- Follow up with participants via phone, email, etc.
- Travel with staff person for participation in intakes/meetings
- Retrieve, scan, copy, and fax documents as required
- Prepare written correspondence including letters, memos, and reports
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform other duties as deemed necessary by supervisor
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with document management systems is a plus
Miscellaneous Information:
- Work hours: 9:00am 5:00pm, Monday Friday.
- Free parking is available in a lot behind the building.
- Public bus stops within a block of the office for convenient transportation.
- Interviews will be conducted via Zoom or in person at our office in Kingston.
- Training will be provided to ensure success in the role.
