Data engineering & reporting associate to join its Human Capital Analytics and Products group. Curators of employee data and leverage it to help answer strategic and operational talent questions for leaders across the business. Duties:
- Implement maintain the technical infrastructure that drives of the group reporting capabilities,
- Primarily by developing ETL pipelines
- Data transformation and analytics scripts in Python.
- Build dashboards for firm s senior leadership using proprietary Python library.
- Design other reporting products from the ground up.
Skills needed - Essential ** MUST HAVE **
- Bachelor s degree min
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience working in data science or data engineering.
- Strong hands on Python for ETL development and data transformation and analytics.
- Ability to dive into details,
