Sun River Health is a Federally Qualified, Non-Profit Health Center serving communities in Suffolk, Rockland, Orange, Duchess, Ulster, Sullivan, Columbia and Westchester County.We are seeking a full-time Data Analyst for our Finance department at our Peekskill Executive Office! This is a hybrid position that will report to our Peekskill office on non-remote working days.SUMMARY OF POSITION:This position will be responsible for data management and analysis. This candidate will analyze any inconsistencies between large databases and extracts, analyze patterns in large databases and will develop solutions to data bugs and inconsistencies in large databases. This candidate will also produce monthly productivity reports, MCO capitation and roster reconciliation along with position and staffing analytics and general finance department functions.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:* Analyze and manage large databases to ensure consistency and accuracy for specific programs as well as general financial information and data collection* Identifying any bugs that may be impacting data accuracy and implementing solutions rid databases of those bugs* Analyze financial data (budgets, income statements, etc.) for the purposes of evaluations and improving financial standing and company goals* Recite any inconsistencies that may appear in databases* Assist department leadership in daily financial and general accounting staff functionsEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics or Financial ManagementJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $21.50-$24.50/hr
