Cyber Defense & Strategy Technology Business Analyst
Your role
Do you have the know-how to apply business analysis techniques to deliver IT projects? Do you want to use your expertise to help our projects succeed?We re looking for a Business Analyst to support the internal transformation of Cyber Defense & Strategy (CD&S) team within Cyber and Information Security (CIS to: navigate horizontally across multiple workstreams to align on objectives, identify and manage delivery gaps including designing frameworks and strategies to address change management, testing improvement strategies, LOB engagement target operating models, enterprise level communications, intake, and governance processes partner with subject matter experts across the cyber security team to create messaging and engagement plans to drive adoption of their initiatives participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business support large change initiatives enabled by new tools and technology processes
Your team
You ll support the cyber security team and work cross functionally to achieve the transformation goals. You ll be reporting into the Cyber Defense & Strategy Transformation leader with accountability for facilitating the broad change program currently underway in the Cyber Defense and Strategy team, and delivering on a range of strategic planning and execution services.

Your expertise
ideally 6-7 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education ideally 4+ years of management experience ideally have management consulting experience at a top-tier consulting firm understanding of the information and cyber security space, with business mindset and strong communications skills excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills across all levels of the organization ability to effectively assess client needs while consulting, building solutions, and developing processes ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals across large complex organization knowledge and understanding of strategic planning and execution activities experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management, with high attention to detail and accuracy advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to read complex customer situations and adapt as needed*LI-UBS*UBS-MOGUL At UBS, we appreciate our Veterans and are committed to providing opportunities in Financial Services.

Salary information
CA, CO, WA and NY based roles: The salary range for this role is $125,000 to $155,000 based on experience, education, and skill level. This role may be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. For benefits information: ubs.com/usbenefits.
