Customer Success Manager - Hybrid - NYC

We're looking for a strategic customer success manager to join an AI powered legal tech startup.
The role:
- Work with up to 25, key mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Track customer outcomes with regular client meetings.
- Drive QBR's, focused on Data Insights and Adoption.
- Be responsible for renewals and upselling.
Your experience:
- 3-5 years in a CSM role working in a SaaS company.
- Experience working with a 15-25 enterprise and mid-market accounts.
- Highly motivated, honest, naturally curious.
- You pick up the phone! No waiting for email responses, you genuinely build a relationship with your clients and have the hunger to solve problems fast.
- Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, Zendesk or other account management and CS software
- Have worked in a geographically distributed team
