Location: New York

Salary: Up to $170,000 depending on experience

Artemis Talent have partnered with a Regulatory Software provider who deliver end to end cloud based solutions to Financial Services firms. Due to successful growth and expansion my client are looking to add an experienced Customer Success Manager to join their US team. As part of the Customer Success team you will be instrumental in enhancing key client relationships to deliver a best in class service allowing clients to get the most out of their products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • relationships with various internal stakeholders across Sales, Product Management, Implementation and Finance & Operations
  • will be a key participant in contributing to the renewals process and be successful in retaining client accounts for future revenue
  • up with Product Management teams to help enhance and client solutions working closely with sales to identify additional revenue streams for up selling
  • extra support to clients in the form of webinars, training videos and assist in setting up customer events and socials

Experience Required:

  • history of success maintaining and enhancing client relationships through key performance indicators
  • comfortable working and influencing C-level stakeholder both internally and externally
  • working in a Customer Success, Account Management or Consultancy background
  • thorough and detailed understanding of Financial Services Compliance functions and requirements.
