Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Customer Success Engineer to join our dynamic team at Intezer. As a Customer Success Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and integration of our cybersecurity solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with our sales, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional post-sales support and technical expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the successful implementation and integration of our cybersecurity solutions for our clients
- Customer on-boarding work with our new customers to design, deploy, configure and integrate Intezer solutions in their environment and workflows.
- Customer ongoing communication proactively reach out to our users and offer advice, best practices and more to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Support assist customers with their product questions and issues, and work internally with the Intezer team to resolve the issues and answer questions.
- Identify upsell opportunities and communicate potential risks that would threaten renewals.
- Monitor and maintain client health score and proactively drive action throughout the customer lifecycle to reduce churn risk
- Communicate customer needs to Intezer's product teams
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in customer-facing roles with security teams (preferably SOC).
- Experience in deployment and managing cyber security products (preferably security automation related products).
- Basic experience with Python coding
- Experience working with web services and APIs
- Familiarity with the different products, processes and ecosystem that security teams usually have
- Proficient in written and spoken English, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and technical concepts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
- Ability to develop and maintain scripts in Python
