****Job Description****

All areas of responsibility listed below are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position by any incumbents with reasonable accommodation if necessary. Any non-essential functions are assumed to be included in other related duties or assignments.

* Supports general office duties to include properly answering and routing incoming calls and performing sales support service tasks.

* Handles inbound and outbound calls, to include but not limited to answering questions and processing requests related to delivery tracking status, product orders, shipping issues, returns, manufacturer recalls and billing and credit memo copy requests.

* Communicates with customers via telephone, email, or fax.

* Researches, investigates and resolves customers questions related but not limited to, billing, credits, sales orders & shipping errors and damages.

* Interfaces with shipping carriers and other internal departments in the processing of customer related issues.

* Work cross functionally with sales, warehouses and other departments to support in the resolution of Customers questions and requests.

* May be requested to contribute and work on specific projects.

****Qualifications****

Education Required:

-High School Diploma/GED with 1-3 years customer service/call center experience.

Experience required:

-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

-1-3 years of experience in Customer Service Operations

-1 years of customer call experience.
