Customer Service Representative (B)- Workholding
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for interacting with customers, distributors, and Hardinge field and in-house personnel to answer questions, identify solutions, provide quotes, and place orders. This position is in a demanding, fast-paced environment and requires excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy and follow through.
The requirements for this position are as follows:
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma required. Associate degree in a related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer service environment as well as experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) is required; experience with JD Edwards (Oracle based) and Evolve is preferred. Other qualifications include time management, team player, multi-tasker, driven, enthusiastic, detail oriented, and patient.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
PAY RANGE: $20.00 - $23.00, Salary Non-Exempt
