Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.
Daily Duties:
- Printing, cross checking, and emailing invoices to customers.
- Filing
- Inputting checks and ACH/EFT payments to customer s account
- Matching and inputting A/P invoices to Vendor s account
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Responding to customer requests by phone and email, as necessary.
- Assist with booking freight / UPS shipments.
Weekly Duties:
- Collections with follow-up on past due accounts and updating spreadsheet.
- Updating outside labor spreadsheet
- Updating credit cards spreadsheet
- Mailing checks
- Sending out statements
- Updating customer / Vendor information as necessary, checking credit references for new accounts.
- Other tasks as requested by their supervisor.

- 3- 5 years in customer service

Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person, Monday through Friday. 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, for lunch with 2 10 minutes break (morning and afternoon)
