Job Title: Delivery Coordinator (Customer Care Rep)
Location: Woodbury, NY
Details: In-office during training then goes hybrid (Training is 4-6 months)
Salary: $45,000 base + Commission (Opportunity to have an all-in of $70,000+)
Principal Responsibilities:
- Communicate professionally with customers, agents, associates, factories, and financial institutions.
- Update and comment on tasks for each assigned customer.
- Maintain follow-up reports to ensure timely actions.
- Coordinate delivery logistics with dealers and customers.
- Manage late delivery issues and customer complaints.
- Follow up on payments and booking deals.
- Conduct customer feedback surveys post-delivery.
- Meet monthly and quarterly delivery quotas.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
