POSITION SUMMARY :

RTA Cabinet Store is seeking a constructive and highly organized Customer Success Associate with strong interpersonal skills for the purpose of joining our team to provide world-class customer experience. The Customer Success Associate has knowledge of the kitchen and bath industry and is responsible for answering customer email, phone calls, and other communication channels. Feedback to our leadership team is expected to improve our policies, procedures, and systems in a relentless pursuit of perfection. As part of our customer success team, you will build loyalty and a culture of service by advocating for our customers and going the extra mile in every interaction.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Work with our customer success team in providing world-class customer experience.

* Log customer complaints and compliments in our code red/green system.

* Proactively monitor, resolve, and respond with gratitude to feedback from customers.

* Call customers when issues are complex and more information is needed.

* Provide feedback to managers. Collaborate on systems to improve customer experience and prevent broken-record issues.

* Evaluate and improve policies, internal procedures, tutorials, and other communication infrastructure.

* Mediate between customers and RTA Cabinet Store.

* Report trends related to sales questions, product specifications, and customer desires.

* Collaborate with other departments in regards to timely resolution of customer issues.

* Stay informed and knowledgeable on all company products.

* High computer literacy and ability to learn new platforms

* Knowledge of customer success processes

EXPERIENCE GUIDELINES:

* Education and training related to customer success

* 1+ years experience in the kitchen and bath industry (Preferred)

* 3-5+ years of customer success experience (Strongly Preferred)

* Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PPT)

* Strong references
