****PURPOSE STATEMENT****

The Customer Service Representative position will work with brokers, field sales, distribution centers & internal Rich Products Corporation Associates to proactively manage the service requirements of our customers in an efficient & cost effective manner that is mutually beneficial to the customer and Rich Products.

****KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES****

* Receive & respond to inquiries from customers, brokers, field sales and internal associates in regards to order status, products, pricing, promotions and forecast information

* Perform troubleshooting and develop permanent solutions

* Process customer orders and manage order data integrity

* Support maximum order fulfillment activities by collaborating with fellow CS&L associates

* Coordinate required distribution activities and notify customers regarding order fulfillment

* Develop and leverage relationships with Third Party distribution partners

* Support the Customer Service & Logistics organization with departmental projects

* Ensure customer expectations are understood and met

* Interpret company policies / procedures and enforce compliance

* Special projects as needed

****KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE****

* Bachelors degree in business or related field with 1+ year business experience to include customer service

* Strong written and verbal communication skills (interpersonal skills)

* Demonstrated problem-solving skills and trouble-shooting skills

* Demonstrated ability to multitask and work under pressure

* Strong decision-making skills

* Demonstrated ability to work in a team atmosphere

* Spanish and/or French language skills preferred

* Flexibility

* Strong PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Access preferred)

* SAP or related systems experience preferred
