We are Cascade-Maverik. We are the brand leaders in the design and manufacture of Lacrosse equipment, creating products that elevate our athletes performance and setting industry performance and reliability benchmarks with our top selling helmets, headgear and equipment. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering pleasant, professional, accurate and timely information to our customers. The CSR builds and maintains exceptional relationships with both internal and external customers and works closely with our sales representatives providing prompt, efficient and anticipatory service, promoting loyalty to our brands.

CSRs are responsible for order management including taking accurate custom order information, entering detailed order information in SAP, ensuring compliance with sales programs. CSRs will monitor customer order processing and track delivery dates to ensure customer satisfaction and proactively communicate any changes to customers. CSRs are responsible for adherence to vendor guidelines and maintain open order files, updating information for current inventory availability and customer requirements. The CSR makes appropriate suggestions for substitutions of unavailable products, informs customers of new products in stock, and provides product suggestions based on extensive knowledge of both products and customer history. The CSR is responsible for researching and validating claims, preparing the appropriate credits and debits and creating warranty returns and authorized stock returns.

CSRs must be highly knowledgeable of detailed information on the latest developments and all Cascade and Maverik Products and be familiar with the product catalogs in order to reference, train and support customers needs. CSRs maintain frequent communication with internal departments (credit, product, warranty, sales management, supply & demand and distribution) to ensure superior customer service and satisfaction.

**Requirements:** Duties require 1 3 years of experience in similar role and a High School diploma.

* Experience with SAP system highly desirable.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs.

* Must be comfortable learning new software programs.

* Has a pleasant and friendly demeanor.

* Maintains and promotes a positive can do attitude.

* Effective problem solver who is able to analyze problems, generate options and choose course of action.

* Ability to be resistant to criticism and separate business from personal when dealing with customers.

* Must be able to demonstrate empathy for customers situation in all cases.
