Our work is deadline-driven and fast-paced, which means that the pace of work can get intense at times. To succeed in this role, you must work well under pressure, multitask, prioritize, and maintain a high level of organization.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Flexibility and the ability to prioritize projects and tasks.

- Keen attention to detail.

- Must be proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Office.

- A problem solver who is motivated and intelligent.

- Self-starter.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

- Capable of managing an inbox that receives over 100 emails a day.

- A+ customer service skills.

Main responsibilities include:

- Answering phones and assisting customers.

- Assisting customers with product queries and in-house order requests and tracking orders.

- Reviewing and verifying customer purchase orders.

- Scanning paperwork.

- Managing customer needs regarding in-house and potential purchase orders.
