Main responsibilities include:
- Answering phones and assisting customers.
- Assisting customers with product queries and in-house order requests and tracking orders.
- Reviewing and verifying customer purchase orders.
- Scanning paperwork.
- Managing customer needs regarding in-house and potential purchase orders.
