Job Type InternshipDescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Intern for the Summer 2024 semester. In this full time (40 hours/week) paid internship, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers. You will work closely with our customer service team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Customer Service team to identify and implement process improvements to drive increased efficiency within the department.
- Shadow employees within Customer Service as well as other departments.
- Assist in documenting and implementing new Customer Service processes and identify ownership as needed
- Answer incoming telephone and email inquiries from prospective and existing customers.
- Work within customer portals as assigned by management.
- Execute projects as assigned by management.
- Other administrative duties within the Customer Service department as needed.
