**WHO YOU ARE**

You are a data driven Customer Experience Analyst looking to join a Global team. As the Customer Experience Analyst you will be responsible for gathering and interpreting data on customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a high level of attention to details with a customer-centered approach that will have a significant impact on the long-term success of the company. As a result, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to collect client feedback, analyzing data, and creating reports for the company management team. This role will report directly to the Head of Customer Success in Los Angeles, CA.

**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**

* Build Salesforce dashboards for Customer Success Managers to better predict churn and upsells

* Develop improved Account Health scoring in Salesforce

* Build & analyze reports and dashboards in Mixpanel and report customer usage insights to the SMB & Enterprise leads.

* Create quarterly usage reports and recommendations for optimization for Sales, CS, and Product leads

* Review and deliver insights from the customer help center and make recommendations to optimize the Platform Education & Support team.

* Analyze Gong recording data and present insights to Manager, Customer Operations and Management Team

* Partner with the Manager, Customer Operations to ensure alignment around reporting, dashboards and other ad hoc projects.

**WERE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH**

* Experience using and building reports in Mixpanel (or similar product analytics tools)

* Comfortable using and building reports in: Salesforce, Gong, Intercom, and Tableau for Salesforce

**NICE TO HAVES**

* Familiarity analyzing NPS & CSAT scores in Wootric & G2

* Bonus if you know SQL
