Pearl Insurance is looking for a licensed **Customer Service Representative**, for our Personal Lines department to help our answer questions and resolve problems for our insureds relating to their **Auto & Home insurance** policies. Youll interact with our insureds via telephone, mail and email to insure they experience the best customer experience possible!

**QUALIFICATIONS**

***Education and Experience:***

* High school or better.

* 2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in the insurance industry; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

***Certifications Preferred:***

* P & C License
