**Company Description**
Responsible for assisting the Global Visual Department in ensuring a consistent and on brand presentation of the collection throughout North America market in order to maximize its selling potential. This position will focus on adapting the global visual concept for the region and ensuring all US and Canadian store receive visual directive based on the collection they receive. The Concept Visual Merchandiser team comprises of two Visual Merchandisers. This role will closely partner with the current Concept Visual Merchandiser on the team.
**Job Description**
**Job Responsibility including but not limited to:**
* Create all visual information packets for North America.
* Create the visual merchandising planning and best practice packs.
* Create monthly focus orders /commercial best practice packs.
* Coordinate with the visual stylist from London head office on styling guide.
* Manages the placement and presentation of all ready-to-wear and accessory departments alongside the London visual department.
* Leads RTW collection presentation in workshops and have a thorough overview of all products, trends and styles for the season.
* Builds and maintains relations with the online & marketing department, regional merchandisers and sales team - to collect and communicate all relevant information in order to drive selling and maintain the brand message.
* Creates visual information packs using Adobe design programs in a timely manner, maintaining high standards with the COS brand image in mind.
* Communicates the latest visual material to the area teams, providing additional information and guidance; Following up via store visits where necessary.
* Joins the weekly commercial /trade meetings to share stores information while securing an optimal and impactful omni alignment.
* Analyzes all North America RTW information in relation to sales figures, visual results and react accordingly communicating information back to the relevant teams to maximize selling opportunities.
* Works closely with the regional area visual manager to secure execution, collect feedback and propose adjustments when relevant and impaftful.
* Supports area teams by organizing trainings and workshops to increase the visual store standards.
* On occasion participates in projects (for example : marketing/PR activities) to bring the VM adequate information.
**Qualifications**
* Visual Merchandising experience with focus on high-end fashion presentation.
* Team player and adaptable.
* Good knowledge of high-end fashion and textiles.
* Must be proficient in Adobe Design.
* Management experience preferred.
* Ability to train and develop the skills of Visual Merchandisers in relation of the visual aspects in the store.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong commercial skills.
