Role Overview:
Seeking a Corporate M&A Associate to play a key role in the ongoing upward trajectory of an award winning, mid-sized law firm.
Responsibilities:
- Experience should include public and private M&A, including private equity and takeovers.
- Representing public and privately held companies in mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, public and private stock offerings, secured and unsecured lending transactions as well as general contract negotiations, dispute resolutions and a wide range of corporate matters.
- Representing U.S. and multinational private company clients in a variety of transactions and across industries, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, private placements, joint ventures, restructurings and secured lending
Requirements:
- 10 years+ in Corporate Transactional Law
- Self Sustaining Portable book of business in Corporate Transactional Law (M&A)
- Experience representing a broad range of private equity, venture capital, hedge fund and established and entrepreneurial clients in a range of transactions.
- Team player with a positive, ambitious mentality
