Bullish exchange is operated by Bullish (GI) Limited and is fully regulated in Gibraltar.Mission: To build technology and tools that make earning, investing and transacting more rewarding.Vision: A world where everyone is empowered to create a better financial future.Reports to:Chief Strategy OfficerThe Corporate Development Manager, is responsible for evaluating and organizing strategic opportunities to enhance Bullish's growth and financial profile including M&A, partnerships and other commercial arrangements. Their duties include reviewing current market trends, peer group valuations and market activity, financial modeling for M&A and internal financial forecasting. The candidate reports to the Chief Strategy Officer and interacts directly with members of Finance, Risk, Treasury, and business teams. The major responsibility of the Corporate Development Manager will be thinking critically about M&A, strategic partnerships and the Bullish group's financial profile.Role & Responsibilities:
  • Identify and research potential M&A opportunities
  • Identify and research potential strategic partnerships
  • Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
  • Develop and help manage strategic partnerships to grow business
  • Develop financial models to support M&A and strategic partnership activities
  • Conduct ongoing market research
Experience & Qualifications:
  • Graduate level education
  • 2 - 3 years experience in Investment Banking
  • Experienced with business valuations including DCF, peer valuations and M&A prededents
  • Knowledge of balance sheet and liquidity management and capital markets
  • Ability to think strategically and understand implications of firm-wide balance sheet and capital management
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills, particularly in financial modeling, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team globally
  • Ability to ensure work is conducted in an independent and ethical manner
  • Python coding experience is not required but would be preferred
Annual Base Salary
  • USD 150,000 - 200,000
