****Your day to day****

-Sell and organize convention bookings from site tours, date of booking to departure, including meeting requirements, guest room requirements, guest rooming lists, food & beverage requirements and audio visual - Establish and maintain rapport with clients, prior to, during and post conference, encouraging repeat business - Create floor plans for each event with client approval to ensure banquets and clients are in agreement prior to set up - Responsible for all in house events from conception to conclusion; including preparing site for walk-throughs, event preparation, proposals, and invoicing, etc. - Catch inbound calls and emails regarding table reservations and events with the goal of converting them into sales -Research and contact upcoming conventions, meetings, and events to schedule site visits with prospective clients

****What we need from you****

You should ideally have a degree / higher education qualification or prior experience in Convention Sales, Hospitality or related field. Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required. Good English communication skills are essential, arabic language is a plus. You need to be people oriented and highly passionate about your job with a great level of confidence. The right candidate portrays a professional image at all times and posses strong multi tasking and admin skills.
