Responsibilities
- Prepares financial statements to summarize and forecast the company s financial status.
- Strong knowledge of intracompany transfers.
- Produces and manages balance sheets and analyze future earnings and expenses.
- Assists with management of accounting, auditing, and budgeting for multiple locations.
- Assists with preparations for audits and annual budgets, as well as projections and forecasting.
- Assists with reports for preparation of annual Cost Reports
- Works to reconcile accounting inaccuracies or imbalances.
- Ensures compliance with and prepare reports according to applicable government and lender regulations.
- Uses accounting software to maintain records and prepare reports.
- Delegates accounting tasks to the accounting staff.
- Coordinates with and prepares reports for Controller and CFO.
- Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 7+ years' of professional accounting and management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel
