Responsibilities of the Controller
- internal and external financial reporting, management of expenses, revenue, billing, collections, payables, and payroll
- financial planning and advising of the CFO and CEO
- leading, guiding and refining financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting functions.
- Working with the Company's outside accounting firm primarily in connection with the preparation of tax returns and other tax-related reporting.
Qualifications of the Controller
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Real estate Experience preferred
- Yardi System experience preferred
