**Description**

Description: The Continuing Education Department of Bryant & Stratton College is seeking Adjunct instructors to teach virtual pre-licensing courses in the areas of Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health. We are looking for individuals that are passionate about the Financial Services Industry and would like to share their knowledge and experience.

This is a part time position and is dependent upon the Colleges needs and the instructors availability.

**Minimum Requirements**:

* Qualified candidate will possess at minimum an active insurance license in Property & Casualty or Life, Accident & Health

* Comfortable teaching in a virtual environment

* Excellent presentation skills and possesses the ability to handle large classes in a synchronous environment

* The ability to connect with students and create a conducive learning environment

* Possess classroom management skills

**Preferred Requirements:**

* Three to Five years in the insurance industry which allows the instructor the ability to use examples in class making the material more relatable to the students.

* Online or virtual teaching experience with Webex, Teams or Go to Training
