Spencer Ogden is looking to have a Solar Construction Superintendent join our team in Utica, NY!
*Must be within 1 hour driving distance*
Location: Utica, NY
Pay: TBD
Compensation/Benefits: Med, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Overtime (1.5x)
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage on-site operations, including coordinating subcontractors, to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Oversee quality control, perform Quality Inspections, and ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA and company policies.
- Review and interpret construction drawings and plans to ensure work is executed according to specifications.
- Communicate regularly with the Project team and provide updates on project progress.
Minimum Qualifications:
- SWPPP certification, OSHA 30, NFPA70E, First Aid CPR and AED certifications are required.
- Strong experience in civil construction, electrical and mechanical in Solar Construction.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings (civil, electrical, and mechanical)
- Proficient with Procore, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Familiar with Apple Ipads.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to travel as required.
