With projects across private and public sectors, they specialize in constructing some of the unique buildings in the metropolitan area that include residential, healthcare and educational works. As a fully integrated, full-service enterprise, our client has the experience to cover the full spectrum of construction, including the design phase, and real estate acquisition and development.
Your new role
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish (A majority of our projects are bank buildouts)
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols on the job site
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation and tracking expenses
- Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and schematics
- Supervise and provide guidance to construction crews
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
What you'll need to succeed
- What you will need to succeed in this role is experience working on city agency projects. (SCA or School projects are advantageous)
- You will need to have experience working on big budget projects.
- You will need at lease 4+ years of experience
