iWorld Professionals is seeking Construction Superintendents for our client, a growing prestigious construction firm. Multiple openings available. Construction Project Superintendent Position Overview:

You will provide on-site coordination for all phases of construction projects including hiring and leading subcontractors, selecting and managing materials and equipment for each project, ensuring the specifications for each project are followed to meet quality outcomes on time and within budgets and job site safety standards.

Construction Project Superintendent Responsibilities:

• Manage schedule to ensure timely completion of projects
• Communicate project status updates with project team members and key stake holders
• Make sure subcontractors and team members are fully executing on contracted SOW.
• Assist in obtaining work permits and required inspections
• Maintain oversight of job site activities log
• Monitor compliance of safety and environment quality requirements

Construction Project Superintendents Requirements:

• Demonstrated understanding of construction project management
• Ability to read blueprints and job site work logs to understand work activities being constructed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well in a self-directed manner collaborating with internal and external business partners
• Minimum of 5 years comparable experience with knowledge of the trades and or construction build process
• Ability to track and manage project tasks preferably with MS Project or similar tools
• Ability to work on-site
