EC CONTRACTING, INC is a construction company specializing in curtain wall, storefront, metal panels, aluminum, and glass installations. Based in Farmingdale, NY, we serve commercial clients in Long Island, New York City, and the Tri-state area.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for project coordination, construction project management, budgeting, and overall construction management. The role involves overseeing construction projects, coordinating schedules, managing budgets, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Qualifications

• Project Coordination and Construction Project Management skills
• Budgeting and Construction Management skills
• Experience in Project Management is required
• Proficient in construction industry software and tools (AutoCAD, Bluebeam, eSub, Procore, etc...)
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
• Experience in the glazing/ facade industry is preferred
