Construction Project Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Construction Project Manager who has extensive experience in the maintenance and construction field to join us to lead on a project.
We are a progressive provider with a clear vision, strong leadership, and ambitious growth plans. This would be a great move for someone with drive and passion you could have considerable experience as a Foreman or currently work in a similar role specializing in construction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct the work of the local lower-level assistant managers and labor force.
- Carefully review construction plans and create a competitive schedule for the project.
- Oversee and manage other construction managers and supervisors as assigned.
- Ensure that all the needed materials, workers, and equipment are ready to work.
- Pay close attention that all job sites are in compliance with safety rules and regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors and construction workers to ensure that the construction tasks are completed on time and in the necessary order.
- Track inventory.
- Prepare and manage all reports needed for the completion of a project.
- Ensure that correct and safe construction practices are being used during construction.
