Summary

Our client is a well established Long Island based company with nearly 30 years of local operation in diverse markets including Residential, Medical, Retail/Commercial, and Self Storage. Thanks to their continued growth and strong backlog of projects, they are looking for an experienced PM to join the team.

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing assigned projects from bidding through final execution. You will work with key stakeholders throughout the process including senior management and subcontractors while acting as the point of contact for clients providing key schedule and budget updates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide guidance on all stages of project life cycle from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage project budget, schedule, and any required change orders
• Provide timely status reports to stakeholders
• Identify and manage subcontractors

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of Project Management experience, NYC area projects a plus
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
• Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
