Title: Estimator
Location: Stamford, CT
Salary: $100,000 to $150,000
Responsibilities:
- Perform quality and quantitative take-offs for bids of $10mm+ multifamily projects
- Serve as a key stakeholder in the company and as a central figure in the organization's growth and success
- The ideal candidate has 3-10 years multifamily residential and mixed-use estimating experience and is comfortable with both large and small project budgeting and bids.
- Must be able to work cohesively with management, superintendents, and project managers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Related Field (preferred but not required)
- Proficiency with takeoff software, i.e.: BlueBeam, OnScreen, Planswift, etc.
- Proficiency with Microsoft (Outlook, Project, Word, Excel)
- Must be able to travel throughout Connecticut and New York
