Local Pharmaceutical company is hiring for Machine Operators for their Central Islip Facility. • Operate blending equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Set up and calibrate blending machines before production runs.
• Monitor and control blending parameters such as speed, time, and temperature to achieve the desired product quality.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of blending activities, including batch records, logbooks, and other documentation.
• Perform routine maintenance on blending machines and report any equipment malfunctions or abnormalities to maintenance personnel
• Conduct in-process checks to ensure that the blend meets specified quality standards.
