Rutherford are partnered with a rapidly expanding global multi-strategy hedge fund ($55bn+ AuM) that are looking to hire into their NY compliance team.
Main Responsibilities
Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing regulatory advice to the investment and trading teams
- Assist with researching new compliance rules and implementing policy updates
- Design and develop compliance monitoring reports
- Trade surveillance, monitoring and testing
- Assist in regulatory reporting and filings, such as Form ADV, Form PF, and 13 Filings
- Support the Chief Compliance Officer with compliance program initiatives
Your Profile
- 1 - 3 years of previous compliance experience at a hedge fund or investment bank is essential
- Strong understand of the US regulatory landscape
- A strong analytical ability and experience manages numerous projects concurrently
- Ability to work independently and excel in a high intensity environment
- A bachelor s degree or higher is required from a top tier university
