We are seeking a passionate Community Manager to be the vibrant voice of our brand, fostering a thriving online community of bio-hackers and superfans, and ensuring a meaningful, engaging, and supportive environment for our users.
Your role will be pivotal in nurturing a sense of community, enthusiasm and authenticity with our superusers, while consistently supporting our product and business teams with insights, customer feedback, content and brand advocacy.
Responsibilities:
Community Engagement & Support:
- Foster a positive, interactive community environment on our forums and social media platforms, ensuring a curious, engaged and welcoming space that aligns with our brands values and vision.
- Proactively engage with existing and potential community members, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, providing support, and nurturing relationships.
- Maintain the integrity and positive vibe of the community by proactively and thoughtfully addressing user needs and issues.
Content & Communication:
- Craft compelling content that resonates with our community, sparking discussions, sharing insights, and encouraging the exchange of ideas and experiences related to nutrition, biohacking, and supplements.
- Communicate the brands values and messages effectively, maintaining a consistent and authentic voice across all platforms.
Feedback & Insights:
- Collect and analyze community feedback on product features, user experience, and content, providing actionable insights to relevant teams to drive product enhancements and content strategy.
- Monitor and report on community engagement metrics, using data to inform and refine community strategies and initiatives.
Brand Advocacy:
- Act as a brand ambassador, enthusiastically representing and promoting our products, features, and community initiatives.
- Encourage community growth and engagement, fostering a sense of belonging and loyalty among members.
Partnership Development:
- Support our marketing and business development efforts by credibly engaging with industry experts, social media influencers, and other brands on social media and at industry events.
- Support marketing leadership with partnership execution and collaboration.
Qualifications:
Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in community management, social media, or a related field, preferably within the health tech, nutrition, or supplement industry.
- Excellent communication skills, with a knack for crafting engaging content and effectively conveying brand values and messages.
- Analytical mindset, with experience in using tools to track engagement metrics and derive insights for strategic planning.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and flexibility
Knowledge & Passion:
- Deep understanding and genuine passion for nutrition, biohacking, and the supplement space, staying abreast of the latest trends and research.
- Familiarity with the health tech industry and the unique dynamics of online communities related to health, wellness, and lifestyle.
