Responsible for the development and growth of our commercial window business by engaging the architectural and commercial builder communities. Increase market awareness and gain substantial market share within a defined geographic region. This position will coordinate with branch management and sales.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesSales Growth and Development
- Drive and expand our commercial window business by developing strong business relationships with architects and builders
- Partner with our outside contractor sales and management to grow existing customer's window business, to assist with product conversions, and to develop and open new customers and markets
- Lead and support customers through the complete selling cycle to include specification analysis, proper product identification, bidding, installation
- Work with architects to drive our product specifications and/or work with customers to recommend alternate products and re-drive specifications with the architects
- Prepare and deliver on-site educational, product presentations for architects and builders
- Leverage resources to identify job leads and business opportunities
- Represent the company at promotional functions and participate in architectural associations and other builder associations
