Job Description:

Our client is a high stake litigation law firm based in New York City.

The firm is known nationally for its complex litigation experience and class action prowess. Their practice encompasses all aspects of litigation, including antitrust, banking, complex financial products, employment, general commercial, intellectual property, international arbitration, investigations and white collar defense, mass tort and product liability, real estate, and securities litigation.

Qualifications and attibutes:

  • JD with excellent academic credentials
  • Minimum of three years of experience working on commercial and contract disputes, employment, directors and officers, and/or real estate and securities actions
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in both state and federal court proceedings
  • Experience managing class action matters and the ability to understand financial documents is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and e-discovery platforms
  • Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner
  • Current NY Bar admission in good standing is required
