This individual will be responsible for leading a small team and providing superior electrical services, building client relations and handling overall project management duties.
This person must have hands-on industrial/commercial electrical experience and have the aptitude to handle estimations, invoicing, inventory, sales/client relationships and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Estimation and Pricing:- Utilize Acubid software for accurate estimation of material and labor costs for service projects.
- Collaborate with the project management team to develop competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market fluctuations to ensure competitive pricing.
Material Procurement and Inventory Management:- Coordinate with suppliers to procure high-quality materials at competitive prices.
- Maintain an organized inventory system to ensure timely availability of materials for service projects.
- Implement cost-saving measures and negotiate favorable terms with vendors.
Billing and Invoicing:- Oversee the billing process for service projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Work closely with accounting staff to reconcile invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
- Implement efficient billing procedures to streamline the invoicing process.
Team Leadership and Development:- Provide leadership and guidance to the service team, including technicians and administrative staff.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to maximize team productivity and morale.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Client Relationship Management:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the service project lifecycle.
- Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Cultivate strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.
Compliance and Safety:- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, codes, and safety standards.
- Implement safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions for service team members.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of industrial/commercial of electrical work
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, materials, and pricing strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, codes, and safety standards.
