Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Recruiter at Dreamit ESL. The Student Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for college students, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating on-campus recruiting events. The Student Recruiter will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with school career centers and faculty, and attending career fairs and networking events. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to effectively represent the company to college students and professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience in college recruiting and the ability to build relationships with college career centers and faculty
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
• Knowledge of current recruiting trends and best practices
• Knowledge of BPSS (Bureau of Proprietary School Supervision regulations
• Knowledge of F-1 visa regulations
• Experience in the ESL industry or education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, English, Business, or a related field
