Key Responsibilities - What You'll Do
You will be part of a multidisciplinary, energetic and internationally minded scale-up with responsibilities that include:
- Lead efforts on Onera customer and clinical trial data acquisition, management, evaluation, troubleshooting, and communication hub for clinical and service delivery teams
- Take ownership of Onera PSG sleep scoring quality program, both internally and with external partners. Act as expert scorer when needed
- Managing implementation of Onera technology at new customers; comfortable onboarding new customers and guiding them through the set-up
- Working closely with internal partners as a sleep expert and a liaison with customers to define clinical workflows and required processes
- Provide market information and competitive intelligence
- Act as a sales support by cultivating positive customer relationships, capturing feedback and reporting on customer satisfaction to sales team while collaborating with the engineering and software teams to create an optimal experience
- Providing direct support to health care professional in hospitals and clinics where Onera technology and services are in use
- Conducting training activities for different stakeholders in hospitals, clinics and labs as well as online to foster customers proficiency in the use of Onera technology and services
Requirements
Your Profile - What You'll Bring
- Excellent knowledge of sleep medical diagnostics with a min. of 5 years of experience in the industry, at provider or in an hospital/clinical environment.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Clinical trial and/or research, medical technology, medical sales, biomedical engineering experience/knowledge a plus.
- Minimum of 5-year experience scoring PSG studies as an RPSGT. Current RPSGT credential required.
- A can-do mind-set, flexible to the many challenges of a scale-up!
- Excellent communication, planning and organization skills, paired with the willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Positive attitude as a self-motivated problem solver with a passion for ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
- Flexibility to happily travel as needed (> 25%) and open to a frequently changing work schedule.
- Legally authorized to work in the USA, and already possess a work permit. Must possess a valid Driver's License
- Preferably based in Eastern time zone
