A health services network in Westchester County is currently seeking an experienced licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Endoscopy Service line as their new Clinical Nurse Manager.Responsibilities:The Clinical Nurse Manager will:
- Assume 24 hour responsibility and accountability for the overall operations of the Endoscopy service line
- Provide the essential connection between the strategic plan/organizational goals and the point of care
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Current NYS Registered Nursing License/Registration
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current NYS Registered Nursing License/Registration
- BLS certification (through American Heart Association)
- Demonstrates a basic knowledge of management skills
Desired Skills:
- Certification in area of specialty, or CNML (Certified Nurse Manager and Leader) preferred but must be obtained within three (3) years of hire into Nurse Manager role
- ACLS certification (through American Heart Association)
