I am working with a respected ABA Therapy provider on the East Coast seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Director to join their team. As the Clinical Director, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of behavior analysts and therapists in delivering exceptional ABA therapy services. You will oversee all clinical operations, ensure adherence to best practices and ethical standards, and drive continuous improvement in service quality and client outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to a team of behavior analysts, therapists, and support staff.
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of each client's strengths, needs, and goals.
- Conduct regular supervision, training, and performance evaluations for clinical staff to ensure competence and compliance with professional standards.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and promote effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes and address emerging needs or challenges.
- Stay abreast of the latest research, developments, and best practices in ABA therapy and autism treatment to inform program development and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and quality assurance protocols.
- Participate in program evaluation, quality improvement initiatives, and strategic planning to drive organizational growth and success.
Qualifications:
- Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Minimum of 5+ years of clinical experience in ABA therapy, with 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
